Leadership strategies and interventions are part of one story. Whenever there arises any issue, all eyes fall upon the leader as to which strategy the personnel would identify to get rid of the problem. A leader must intervene in the first place whenever there is an emergency. His authority is best utilized in these circumstances. This paper calls for the leader to exercise his authority and offer some feasible solutions to another leader so that the latter can get rid of the problems raised. The objective of this paper is basically to analyze and infuse adaptive
